The Bodyline Mission

Bodyline is committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients in Thailand. The Bodyline Story


The Beginning

The Bodyline Retreat opened it’s doors in December 2003 at Aochalong Villa, Phuket. We were the 1st full facility care provider with our own private resort specifically for our patients recovery.

Bodyline Patient Care

Bodyline International Patient Care opens it’s doors extending its care services to Bangkok and Yanhee International Hospital. The home base remained at The Bodyline Retreat in Aochalong Villa, Phuket.

Yanhee Patient Care

After a successful first 18 months at Yanhee Hospital, Bodyline forms a partnership with Yanhee Hospital to provide patient care services to it’s international customer’s. This new entity launches under the name of Yanhee International Patient Care.

Bumrungrad Hospital

In 2010 Bodyline signed an agreement with Thailand’s most prestigeous hospital, Bumrungrad Hospital. This hospital was launched as an option for the more affluent customer base who wanted the absolute top in medical care.

Samitivej Hospital

On the back of changes in hospital policy towards international customers from Bumrungrad Hospital Bodyline creates a new partnership with Samitivej Group of Hospitals basing its operations at the more exclusive Samitivej Sukhumvit Hospital. This allows Bodyline to begin offering services outside of just Plastic surgery.


The more boutique privately owned Vejthani Hospital is brought on board to handle the plastic surgery patients wanting a more upscale level of care than Yanhee but still within a budget price range. The partnership with Yanhee still remains.

Dr Chartchai

Bodyline signs an exclusive partnership with one of Thailand’s top 3 reconstructive and plastic surgeons Dr Chartchai Rattanamahattana. This partnership provides Bodyline patients first access and discounted rates to the best of the best in reconstructive and plastic surgery.

Dr Oumyos

Dr Oumyos (Dr Chartchai’s son) signs a similar agreement to provide his surgical services in reconstructive and plastic surgery to Bodyline patients. Dr Oumyos, a gifted surgeon himself, also works in co-operation with his father on larger surgeries to provide patients a shorter time under general anaesthesia.


Bodyline was the only provider to keep staff on the ground and operations open (when responsible) during the COVID period. Due to our close personal relationships & agreements with our surgeons and other medical providers we were able to offer services to foreigners while most other hospital providers were closed.

The Future

As we continue to build out the services we provide making sure to keep our patients best interests at heart Bodyline continually advances in the patient care and medical services we provide. With new advancements in technology we continue to learn more and pass on this knowledge and medical services to our customers.
