When I arrived nervously in Thailand in October, on my own, for an operation at the Samitivej Hospital, I was greeted by Janese Ritchie at the airport, who instantly put my mind at ease on the way to the hospital. Bodyline organized everything so well and I didn’t have to worry about anything. They handled all communications between myself and the Samitivej hospital staff, which was often difficult with language restrictions.

I was informed well of any concerns and expectations before and after surgery. Doctor Chartchai was very skilled and I am very happy with the results of my surgeries. The staff in the International section of the hospital spoke some English, and were polite. I had my own room and ensuite, it wasn’t 5 star, but it was clean.
It is very daunting having an operation in another country, especially on
your own, I would not have considered such a thing if it wasn’t for Bodyline
being there taking care of me and all other matters, and my husband who also
was in full support.
